Creamy and delicious. #Tiramisu is a dessert that almost everybody enjoys. My family loves it and I decided to make something special for them. I hope you like it!

LADY FINGERS PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F.
- Start beating egg whites with a mixer. When they start to form soft peaks, add sugar and continue mixing until you get a meringue.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla to the meringue and beat for approximately 30 seconds.
- Remove the batter from the mixer, sift the flour and incorporate it into your mixture using encircling movements with a spatula until it is completely integrated.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and make the fingers with the help of a piping bag or a ziploc bag.
- Sprinkle granulated or powdered sugar on top.
- Bake them for 15 minutes.
CREAM Ingredients:

CREAM PREPARATION
- Start by beating the mascarpone with sugar until it dissolves.
- Add the cream and continue beating until it has a thick and creamy consistency.
ASSEMBLY
- Prepare a cup of espresso. Once it’s cold, dip your fingers in the coffee. Create a layer of the dipped fingers on your baking dish.
- Add and spread a layer of cream with a spatula, and sprinkle cocoa powder once even.
- Repeat this process until your baking dish is full. Take your tiramisu to the fridge and leave it there for at least 3 hours.
VARIATIONS:
- If you do not have mascarpone you can substitute it with cream cheese, although the taste will not be the same.
- If you want to give it a special touch you can add two tablespoons of rum or the liquor of your preference to the espresso.
- The classic tiramisu recipe has egg yolks, if you want you can add 3 egg yolks to your cream when you are beating the cheese with the sugar.
