Basil Hummus

basil, hummus, dip, chickpeas, tahini, savory.

I wish I could share the smell and taste of this hummus through the screen with you. The truth is, I have tried many, but this one is still my favorite. If you don’t believe me ask my husband, he can eat it in every meal!

INGREDIENTS

aceite - oil

{OLIVE OIL}

¼ CUP

2 GARLIC CLOVES
3 TBSP TAHINI

salpimienta - saltpepper

{SALT AND PEPPER}

TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Add all the ingredients to the food processor or blender and process until the preparation has a creamy consistency.

 P.S. Although tahini gives a special and characteristic taste to hummus, you can skip it if for any reason you don’t have it handy.
