Chocolate Chunk Granola
Granola, chocolate, nuts, breakfast, healthy, oatmeal, yogurt.
I have to confess that I am not a big fan of oatmeal, so I don’t usually eat a lot of granola, but this is a preparation that I am doing constantly for my house. One day, I was making a surprise breakfast for my cousin’s birthday, and I wanted to prepare her a parfait with berries and yogurt, so I thought of making granola at home. I took out the ingredients I had in my pantry and started making it under my own judgment. To my surprise the result was delicious. Best of all, I used simple ingredients and in less than an hour, I had my granola ready.
Making granola gives you the flexibility to explore many flavors and textures, and although this recipe is “basic”, you can try adding any spices or dried fruits that you like.
P.S. Try to make the granola with hazelnuts and chocolate only and you will see the DELIGHT, it’s like eating a Nutella granola.
